Aqua Beat is a 40 minute cardiovascular class that involves low impact but high resistance due to the water and with the help of aids such as discs, floats and woggles.

This class can help improve muscle tone and flexibility due to a wide range of exercises that can be completed in the water such as jogging, jump jacks, squats, squat jumps and many more. Aqua beat caters for all abilities and is free of charge to all our members.
